Local Events : Weather Closes Bletchley Park - January 2010
  on 2010/1/18 7:00:00 (292 reads)

Open in new window2366 has had a slow start to the new year following the recent inclement weather. Unfortunately Bletchley Park closed to the public due to the road conditions and safety concerns both on site and in the central Bletchley area.

With up to a foot of laying snow within the park access is very limited and the regretable decision to close the squadron was taken by the squadron commanding officer on Wednesday 6th January. The snow was cleared from the surronding area of the squadron by CI Douglas and the CO, on Tuesday 12th allowing the Squadron to re-open on the Wednesday as normal..
